Removes the optimization roadmap, phase-results journal and obsolete first-publication checklist. Evaluation, Demo, Studio and adapter guides now focus on runnable commands, supported behavior and contracts rather than implementation history, audit transcripts and stage identifiers.

Keeps configuration, REST/MCP, semantic authoring, data ingestion, reporting, architecture, backend guidance and runnable examples. Updates the documentation index, README links and AGENTS routing. The original animated assets, screenshots and usage workflows remain intact. No runtime code or tests change.

Validation:

• ./init.sh: 1,105 tests, 25 skipped, 0 failures.
• Repository hygiene check passed; sample SQLite and all 15 CSV exports preserved.
• 108 local documentation links and 8 Markdown anchors checked with no broken targets.
• make demo: all 5 examples passed.
• Paired benchmark dry-run with the documented v3 task corpus: 23 tasks, manifest produced, no model calls.
• Staged diff and privacy checks passed; both READMEs retain the same 6 visual references.
