Cluster detected peaks by single-linkage on their positions, ignoring polarity so dipole lobes group together. Isolated positive peaks can then be extracted as their own diaSources.
Extract isolated positive peaks out of multi-peak footprints into new footprints, leaving the remainder on the original source.
Drop the SourceDeblendTask subtask and deblend merged footprints by extracting isolated positive peaks, flagging affected records is_deblended.
Use a smaller check on the actual size of the footprint spans, and a larger limit on the enclosing bbox.

Peaks within detected footprints are clustered, and then the clusters are tested with a gaussian mixture model to allow artifacts around bright stars to be pulled into the central cluster. A test is applied to linear features to catch and keep long trailed sources together in the same footprint.
