Asana Ticket: 🐛🚝 Remove Newton Highlands, West Medford bus child stops
Adds
6303and6316as connecting stops for West Medford. These stops are currently child stops of West Medford, but with mbta/gtfs_creator#3544, they are removed. Since these stops are outside of the normal connecting stops radius, they need to be added as an override.
