Use the system LinkText color for all six footer Community icons in forced-color mode, without changing normal-mode paint.
Verification
Production build passed. All six icons meet 3:1 in actual Windows Aquatic and Desert and remain keyboard-reachable with visible focus. Original desktop theme restored.
