The recipe's host env declares only python and pip, but its build script runs pip install . against that env. Modern conda-forge python no longer bundles setuptools, so the build fails with BackendUnavailable: Cannot import 'setuptools.build_meta' (hit building the v0.10.0rc1 package). This declares setuptools and wheel as host dependencies and pins the pip invocation to the host env with --no-deps --no-build-isolation, the current conda-forge standard form. Build-side only; the produced package is unchanged.
