Situation

citgm gulp fails running under Node.js 27.0.0-alpha.0.0.0 (Alpha) due to an unhandled Node.js DEP0032 run-time deprecation.

The last commit in the repo https://github.com/gulpjs/gulp was on Feb 9, 2026, and no response to #1230 so far, so it's assumed that there is a low probability of gulp fixing the incompatibility soon.

Change

Add a skip for Node.js >26 to gulp in lookup.json.

Like any skip, this can be reverted if the issue is resolved.

Verification

Ubuntu 26.04.1 LTS, Node.js 27.0.0-alpha.0.0.0

npm link
citgm-all --includeTags gulp

Confirm

info: module name: | gulp
info: done | The smoke test has passed.
