Adds §11 to DISTRIBUTING.md, written in Italian like the rest of the document:

• 11.1 Front door: verified requirements, decision makers, timing, precedents and AI policies for Debian (ITP, mentors, NEW, 2026 LLM GR), Ubuntu universe (auto-sync, 27.04 import freeze 25 Feb 2027), Ubuntu main/seed (MIR, Ptyxis/Loupe precedent, Canonical's AI roadmap, Myna, inference snaps with an OpenAI-compatible API), Snap Store, Fedora, AUR/Omarchy, elementary AppCenter, Universal Blue and Linux Mint. It checks what is still missing in the repo and ends with a recommended sequence and effort estimates.
• 11.2 Basic need: how VisiCalc, Dropbox and Obsidian sold a primitive, a candidate primitive for gknowledge, and the adoption frictions mapped to the current code with concrete product proposals (no README changes).
