EN: fix errors found by translators - #2657

Typos, grammar, double spaces, broken markup and links, app labels that changed. Links to headings now use explicit anchors, so translated headings no longer break them. Release dates of 3.4.1.0 and 3.4.2.0 corrected.

Errors in the English source found while translating the wiki (he, lt, ro, ko, sv, it, tr, nb). Each item was checked against the current text and the AAPS app before changing.
Note: every changed English string drops its translations on Crowdin, so only real errors were changed.
