This PR does on iOS what OpenDocument.droid #740 and #747 do on Android.

• Lite sells one auto-renewing subscription, pro_pass, for €3 per year. It removes the ads and turns on the Pro features. The app uses StoreKit 2 and asks the App Store at each launch, because a pass can end.
• A sheet offers the pass, with the Pro app beside it for a single payment. It has the texts and translations from Android, with "App Store" in place of "Google Play".
• The sheet also has "Restore purchase", the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy, because Apple requires them next to a subscription. These four strings are new, and I translated them.
• These places open the sheet:
  • a heart button on the start screen ("Support the app" for VoiceOver)
  • "Support the app" in the reader menu
  • the house ad
  • the Pro gate
• The gate uses the shorter Android texts and the same three kinds: formatting, sheet, and PDF. A spreadsheet now shows the text for spreadsheets.
• After a purchase, the reader removes the ad slot and renders the document again with the Pro scope. In the edit mode, the new render waits until the edit ends, so that no edit is lost.
• configs/lite/Pass.storekit lets the Lite scheme test a purchase in the simulator.

App Store Connect: the group "Pro pass" and the subscription pro_pass exist, with a price of €3.00 (Germany as the base country), all 175 countries, an English name, and a review screenshot. They are in a draft submission. Apple accepts the first subscription only together with a new app version, so the draft goes to review with the next release.

Not ported: the Android snackbar after fullscreen, because iOS never had it.

Test:

• All 118 unit tests of ODR Full pass.
• In the simulator, the start screen, the sheet with €3,00, the reader menu, and the gate show as expected.
