App Review stopped 1.51 because Lite sells a subscription, and its store page had no link to the Terms of Use. The app already links to it from the pass screen.

The shared description now ends with a ${terms} fill-in on its own line. Lite fills it from fastlane/metadata-lite/<locale>/terms.txt, which links to Apple's standard EULA in all 11 locales. Pro has no terms.txt, so its listing stays the same.

An empty fill-in now also takes the line breaks in front of it, not only a space. So Pro gets no blank paragraph at the end.

scripts/store_listing.py --version 1.51 stages the same Pro listing as main, byte for byte. The Lite listing differs only by the new last line in each locale, and no description goes over the limit.

In the ads sentence, the link sat in the middle of a paragraph, where a
reviewer can miss it. A new `${terms}` fill-in now puts it on its own line
at the end of the description. Lite fills it from `terms.txt`, and Pro has
none, so the Pro listing stays the same. An empty fill-in also takes the
line breaks in front of it, so it leaves no blank paragraph behind.
