libzim (9.8.2-1) and all other dependencies / actions are already up to date.

ruff 0.17 flagged import datetime in libzim/writer.pyi (ICN001). It turned out the import only served a stale annotation: Creator.add_metadata no longer accepts datetime.date / datetime.datetime since #190, so the stub is fixed in a dedicated commit instead of aliasing the import.
