• Make human review the default for one-off and bulk campaign creation; autopilot remains available as an explicit opt-in.
• Update the homepage to describe OutreachGraph's supported market-to-reply workflow without implying an Apollo dependency.

Verification

• Targeted Prettier check, root typecheck, and web production build pass.
• The local full suite needs Postgres for CI-equivalent speed. Serial SQLite runs passed the initial campaign/workflow cases but were stopped before the full suite; GitHub CI is the required gate before merge.
