ThreatCrush CLI 0.13.53 (profullstack/threatcrush#369) sends one anonymous usage ping per ai-scan run into cli_usage_pings. The report's Scans section now shows runs vs the day before, distinct installs apart from CI, .mosh scripts, findings and versions. It used to say "not reported". The query is marked optional: if the table is missing, that row says so and the rest of the report still renders.

Tested: scripts-check passes, and --dry-run --day 2026-10-27 on dev2 works with every source answering.

installs (people) apart from CI, .mosh scripts, findings and versions. The
query is optional, so a deploy without the table still renders.
