Replaces fixed VM metadata keys with randomized numeric keys and scatters prototype data, instructions, and constants across multiple tables. A generated helper reconstructs the tables once at startup, preserving direct lookups during execution. Medium protects this reconstruction code through Cff.
Cff now embeds repeated string literals once in a shared table and reuses them, including diagnostics and helper keys introduced during flattening. Together, these changes reduce recognizable landmarks and make finding interesting parts of the generated output harder.
