How to test

Enter the PS3DEV container and build the libraries

make test

The download script has been refactored in 337bb8a and some of the libraries in this PR are already present.

Instead of resolving all the conflicts here, it might be better to create a new PR based on the new download script, and include only the new or missing libraries.

hi @humbertodias , thanks for updating the PR 👍

Since it's a big PR including many changes and new libraries, I was thinking to simplify reviews doing some tests and validations, can we split it up, and at least have 2 PRs:

• one PR for all the SDL 1/2/3 changes and any library that is a blocker requirement for SDL
• another PR with any new library that is not SDL-required, like the dbglogger or mini18n

hi @humbertodias , can you check the build? at least libnfs is failing due to missing symbols.

The library might be outdated, if you prefer, feel free to remove the non-working library and we add the rest.

Also, your "run test" workflow also failed but I think it was due to a download problem.
