config: prefix the remaining configuration types with Htmx - #125

HttpVerb and ResponseHandlingConfig were the only public configuration types without the prefix. Rename them, and the converter for HttpVerb: - HttpVerb to HtmxHttpVerb - ResponseHandlingConfig to HtmxResponseHandlingOptions Use Options rather than Config for the last one: it follows HtmxLocationOptions, and the type does not derive from HtmxConfig like HtmxV2Config and the others do.
