Summary

Adds a "Skip the setup survey for your referrals" subsection to the referral programs page. It documents the skip_onboarding=1 sign-up parameter for partners and affiliates whose users set up Runpod through the partner's own app.

Console change: runpod/main-ui#5504 (CON-1892).

Do not merge before main-ui #5504 is in production

Docs deploy to production on merge to main. The parameter does nothing until the console release ships. main-ui#5504 is approved and in the merge queue as of 2026-11-06.

Things to know

  • The documented link targets console.runpod.io/signup directly. The console reads ref, ps_xid, ps_partner_key, and skip_onboarding from the URL on any route, so the parameter works on links that land there. Whether the marketing site forwards it from runpod.io?ref=... is not verified, so the docs do not claim it.
  • Open question for whoever owns Partnerstack: can affiliates set a custom destination URL on their tracking links? If not, the parameter only helps affiliates who share a console link directly.
  • vale is not installed locally, so the linter was not run.
