Renames
docs/getting_Started.mdtodocs/getting_started.mdto match the lowercase names of the other docs. This is a puregit mvwith no content change, sogit log --followkeeps the file's history after the squash merge.Nothing in the repo links to the old name. #686 edits this file's content under the old name. Whichever of the two merges second picks the other up when main is merged in; Git applies an edit and a rename together.
