What

Pin the next linked release of agentex-client and agentex-sdk to 0.28.6 with a root-level release-as in release-please-config.json.

Why

The pending release contains one feat commit. With bump-patch-for-minor-pre-major: false, release-please raises the minor version to 0.29.0. We want a patch release.

A Release-As: commit footer does not work here, because squash merges in this repo use a blank commit message.

Follow-up

Remove the pin after 0.28.6 is published. If the pin stays, the next release tries 0.28.6 again.

This change appears safe to merge for the planned `0.28.6` release.

Summary

Adds root-level release-as: "0.28.6" to release-please-config.json to target a patch release for both linked packages.

  • The linked agentex release uses version 0.28.6.
