Summary

Add a Chrome side panel using Sim's existing chat components, authentication, history, permissions, and Mothership engine. Organization chat is the default; workspaces remain optional, and search-only members use Assistant.
Capture a page or selection explicitly through the toolbar, shortcut, context menu, or composer + menu. Use shared attachment chips and previews, compact header controls, and platform tooltips. Hide the extension's model picker and label its speed toggle “Fast mode”.
Enforce bounded extraction, document/window/conversation isolation, exact-origin messaging, replay exclusion, and minimal permissions. Keep page bytes out of extension storage and persisted drafts while preserving ordinary text and files.
Preserve active drafts through transient refetch failures, revalidate access and chat policy while the panel is active, preserve drafts during Assistant fallback, fail closed on revocation, keep forks inside the extension, and preserve completed responses until saved history confirms them. Recover workspace selection after temporary failures or session expiry, retain drafts through permission-policy outages, and enforce policy independently of access-request settings. Restricted panels retain navigation back to chat. Use the shared production build for authenticated browser acceptance.

All nine cleanup passes completed. Root lint, 28 workspace type-checks, 62 audits, test-type ratchet, workflow lint, generated artifacts, and block-registry validation passed.
Root test suite: 42,015 passed, 8 skipped.
Production app build passed. Authenticated production acceptance: 33 checks passed, including real Mothership responses in workspace chat, organization chat, and Assistant; queue editing, reload, forking, ownership, first-open capture, idle access and permission revocation, shared-workspace navigation, attachment recovery, and full-app replay privacy. Live streaming and idle access revocation use native browser timing; simulated cache freshness runs afterward. Organization UI regression suite: 17 checks passed.
Packaged Chromium transport: 18 checks passed. Native Chrome QA: 10 checks passed, including toolbar/shortcut/context-menu capture, real permission denial/grant/revocation, file picking, panel reopening, and window isolation.
Targeted regressions were reproduced before their fixes or by removing their guards. Production acceptance produced 72 screenshots, covering light/dark themes, 320px/390px layouts, menus and scroll edges, previews, attachments, queues, and recovery states. The local gallery includes six additional native Chrome screenshots. CI uploads reports and screenshots.
Chrome Web Store publication and deployed enterprise SSO remain release checks.
