My name is Naser. Thanks for taking the time to view my GitHub Profile.

About Me

I'm a results-driven AI/ML leader with a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence and extensive experience across academia, industry, and start-up ecosystems. I've taken a wide range of machine learning projects from inception to deployment, building, training, and optimizing models across domains and shipping them to production on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.

🧠 Currently, I'm a Lead AI/ML Engineer at Optum Ireland (since March 2026), where I lead the design and delivery of AI solutions for healthcare at scale. From architecture design to deployment, I make sure these digital brains are sharp, reliable, and production-ready (and, unlike me, they don't need coffee ☕).

🏥 Previously, I was a Senior AI Engineer at Siemens Healthineers, building mission-critical AI for medical diagnostics with Azure, Azure Databricks, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

🎓 With over a decade of university-level teaching in AI and ML, I bring a strong foundation in deep learning and data-driven system design, and a knack for explaining complex ideas clearly.

🚀 I also moonlight as Chief Technology Wizard 🧙‍♂️ at MarginsAI, mixing AI with startup alchemy at the ADAPT Centre, TCD, Dublin.
