Adds Russian localization for all 598 current UI strings, including the advanced downloader options, settings, and file-manager context menu. Русский is available in the language picker and through FMX_LANG=ru.
Registers Russian in the locale and font-coverage checks, adds a test for complete Russian key coverage, and updates the documented language list. Count-based messages avoid incorrect Russian plural forms.
Validation on the current master-based changes:
All six tests from the current i18n.rs passed in an isolated Rust test harness using the real locale files and source directory.
Python UI audit passes with no translation errors; it reports two existing minimum-size review warnings.
All 598 keys match English, with no empty values, duplicate keys, or placeholder mismatches; git diff --check passes.
The existing all_ui_text_renders test executable passes against the current locale files, which this test reads from disk.
The earlier v0.4.5 version of this translation (570 strings) also passed the PNG format-conversion test and a Windows startup/rendering self-test. Russian selection persists after restarting that installed build. A full binary build has not been rerun after updating this branch to current master.
