py(deps[dev,docs]): Drop unused pillow and aafigure - #67

why: Every open Dependabot alert on Pillow 12.3.0 is fixed only in 13.0.0, which needs Python 3.11, so with g supporting 3.10 each security update fails and the alerts stay open. Nothing in g imports PIL and no locked package depends on it; aafigure sits beside it in both groups, and docs/conf.py never loads its Sphinx extension. With both uninstalled the docs build gives byte-identical HTML. what: - pyproject.toml: drop pillow and aafigure from the dev and docs groups - uv.lock: remove pillow 12.3.0 and aafigure 0.6 Fixes #66

g no longer carries Pillow, so its open Dependabot alerts on Pillow go away instead of waiting on a fix g cannot take. Every alert is fixed only in Pillow 13.0.0, which needs Python 3.11, while g supports 3.10, so each Dependabot security update failed with
