Merges OpenMS/streamlit-template@9421478 into main.

Template changes: OpenMS/streamlit-template@a68f8e6...9421478

Merged without conflicts.

Before merging: run one workflow on the example data. New template features the app should configure are listed in the template PRs of the range above. Merge with a merge commit, not squash, or the next sync conflicts again on the same lines.

Opened by .github/workflows/template-sync.yml. See the sync-from-template skill.

A folder name with a slash is a subfolder (Label-free/control): a folder
holds and selects the files of its subfolders, renaming or removing it
takes them along, and the Samples table takes the last part as the
condition. upload_widget(fallback=...) and select_input_file(upload=...)
accept a dict of example file -> folder, so example files copied into a
workspace arrive in their folders.

A folder whose file names suggest groups (ctrl_R1 ... drug_R2) takes those
groups as conditions in the Samples table, so one folder can hold a whole
experiment. A dot between digits (0.1x) is a decimal, not a separator.
Subfolders are dropped again.

The Threads field saved its default into params.json on every Configure
visit, so a workflow kept the CPU count of the first machine (or an old
fixed default such as 4) after the default became "all CPUs but one".
A stored max_threads is now used only when it carries the
_max_threads_user marker, and it is saved only when it differs from the
default. The help text names a pinned max_threads.local instead of
claiming the automatic default.

Input folders: example files that arrive sorted, one folder per experiment
- Leave the _max_threads_user marker out of the method summary.
- The executor takes the same local default as the Threads field, so an
invalid max_threads.local runs with the CPU-based count it shows.
- The help text names an app-pinned value from the setting itself, not
from comparing it with the CPU-based count.
