By default the SDK sends the browser's cookies with each snapshot so Percy can load pages and

Delete the responsive debug dump when the write fails, and plan cleanup after the POST.

In debug mode, _write_responsive_debug_dump leaves the tempfile.mkstemp() file on disk. If json.dump() raises, the partial file stays on disk. The except block only logs the error and does not remove the file. The PER-8922 objective also asks for cleanup after the CLI POST, and this code does not perform it.

Remove the partial file when the write fails:

For a successful dump, return the path from capture_responsive_dom and remove it in a finally block after the CLI POST in percy_snapshot. The logged path at line 1036 becomes stale after deletion, so update or remove that log line too. If the dump must remain available for inspection, resolve that conflict with PER-8922 first.

Review comment at @percy/snapshot.py at line 1033:
Update _write_responsive_debug_dump to remove its temporary file if writing
fails, then re-raise the error. Propagate the successful dump path through
capture_responsive_dom and ensure percy_snapshot removes it in a finally block
after the CLI POST; update or remove any log that would report the deleted path.
