Add live company dashboard and shared visitor chat - #1446
Adds a company-first live dashboard with sorting, filters, clickable breakdowns, column controls, session expansion, exports, and cached Scarf company history. Active, background, and recently departed traffic can be distinguished without mixing anonymous sessions into company totals.
Admins can initiate shared conversations with individual browser sessions. Conversations appear as independent bottom tabs, and visitors see the sender's verified display name and avatar. History persists until manually deleted, with retry deduplication, ordered concurrent replies, read/delivery acknowledgments, closure, and visitor opt-out. The self-test opens the real visitor interface using a separate signed test cookie and a tab-specific conversation ID, preserving existing visitor chats.
Visitor chat JavaScript and CSS load only after invitation or resumption. Chat styles are scoped to their containers so lazy loading cannot override the site's responsive layout. Private page paths are excluded from presence collection, message content is excluded from analytics and error reports, and native intake, lookup, and chat rate limits stay enabled.
Includes the phase-one R2 cache fix already deployed in production: stale edge copies recheck shared R2 before origin work, conditional writes retain race protection, and sampled operation metrics support cost measurement. The unproven post-origin reread follow-up is excluded.
Migration 0043_visitor_chat is already applied in production and VISITOR_CHAT_ENABLED is true. The release retains VISITOR_CHAT_RATE_LIMITER, LIVE_PRESENCE_RATE_LIMITER, and LIVE_LOOKUP_RATE_LIMITER.
This combined release includes the changes from #1443 and #1444 so main receives the dashboard, chat, and deployed R2 behavior together. Validation covers full repository checks, PostgreSQL runtime tests, production builds, isolated test-cookie and tab behavior, compiled-CSS isolation, and browser checks for docs navigation with chat open.
Preserves the live shared OAuth issuer from #1449 and its existing secret. OAuth migration SQL is unchanged, renamed to 0044_shared_oauth to follow visitor chat's 0043. Its original timestamp and SQL hash are retained, and read-only production verification confirms both migrations are already applied. Fresh database migration and OAuth database tests also passed.

The dashboard CSV export prefixes growth values in the Change column with a stray apostrophe. Separately, access tokens issued by the plain refresh path are not linked to their grant, so revoking the grant can leave a refreshed token usable for up to an hour. Both are small, localized fixes that are worth making soon, but neither blocks the rollout.

Production rollout completed with Tanner’s authorization. Applied migration 0043_visitor_chat and deployed site Worker version 8cfb10ac-94f9-4903-ae73-2d94cce6b75b with VISITOR_CHAT_ENABLED=true and all three rate limiters intact. Public pages and chat access controls passed. A temporary synthetic conversation verified sending, retry deduplication, reload persistence, acknowledgements, and opt-out, then was deleted. Full repository checks and production build passed. No real visitors were contacted during verification.
Fixed a production layout regression caused by deferred chat CSS re-declaring global Tailwind utilities after the site stylesheet. Those rules overrode responsive widths and collapsed the docs content column to zero width. Both visitor and admin chat utilities are now scoped to their own containers. Deployed production Worker f573529d-00c9-45da-97c6-1810f4ae1e55 and verified docs content, reloads, and client navigation with an active test chat. Added two compiled-CSS regression tests. Full repository checks, production build, focused type/lint checks, and browser verification passed. Existing chat history is preserved; affected browsers need one reload. The preceding self-test shortcut is also deployed and verified.

⚠️Unverified finding
Verification ran but could not confirm this finding. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.
Compute the existing-tab lookup inside the state updater.
open calls tabs.find against the tabs value captured in the current render. It then passes the result to setTabs. If open runs twice before a re-render, both calls see the same stale tabs, and both append next. This happens when the effect at Lines 53-56 runs twice, for example in React StrictMode in development. The result is two panels with the same key={item.sessionId}, which also produces a duplicate-key warning.
Do the match inside the setTabs updater so it always sees the latest list.

Minor · Functional Correctness · Quick win
csvSafeText corrupts the CSV Change column.
The Change export value comes from growthLabel in src/components/admin/LiveVisitors.tsx (lines 111-118). Growth is generated, not untrusted. Every non-N/A value is +N% or -N%. Both forms match ^\s*[=+\-@], so csvSafeText prefixes each one with an apostrophe. The exported cell then reads '+100% or '-25% instead of a usable value.
Remove the csvSafeText wrapper from the Change field in exportRows (LiveVisitors.tsx, around line 480). Keep csvSafeText for the Scarf-sourced text fields.

Tie refreshed access tokens to the grant in the non-rotating refresh path.
New grants always carry a grantId. This includes grants with resource = null. exchangeAuthorizationCode stores grantId on both the access token and the refresh token.
The non-rotating refresh path inserts the replacement access token without grantId. The refresh token keeps its grantId.
Two failures follow from this:
revokeOAuthGrant(refreshToken, …) deletes access tokens by grantId. It leaves the refreshed access token valid until it expires, which is up to 1 hour.
revokeOAuthGrant(refreshedAccessToken, …) finds no grantId on the access token and no matching refresh token. It returns without revoking anything. The /oauth/revoke endpoint still answers 200.
